This month, in.gredients. welcomes Thompson Hospitality chefs Javier Aramboles and Sean Roopchand to share their culinary perspectives. Family-run since 1992, Thompson Hospitality is guided by a commitment to quality, celebrating diversity, and giving back to its communities.
With more than 25 years of professional cooking experience, Javier’s approach is shaped by the cultures and food traditions of New York City and his belief that every bite tells a story.
Sean began cooking alongside his mother in Trinidad and brings multicultural influences and a fusion approach shaped by a 30-year culinary career. Both chefs share a belief in the power of food to create meaningful experiences and bring people together. Experience their creativity this month through Hamachi Tartare, Croissant Bread Pudding, Roasted Broccolini, and Shaved Brussels Sprouts.
Through our regional farm partnerships, we reduce the distance ingredients travel, which supports Microsoft’s sustainability goals to lower carbon emissions. We also rescue imperfectly shaped produce and give it a place on the plate, helping reduce food waste.
