Our regional farm partnerships support the local community while helping reduce carbon emissions and food waste.
Each menu features local produce from nearby farms, so guests can enjoy fresh ingredients with less travel from farm to plate. Through our partnership with Imperfectly Delicious Produce, we also use cosmetically imperfect fruits and vegetables to help reduce food waste and support farmers.
